PictoGram Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Child Safety Standards apply to PictoGram (Google Play package in.co.pictogram.app), the PictoGram website, and related services at pictogram.co.in. PictoGram is a photo- and story-sharing social app. This page is our publicly available policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
PictoGram prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, possession, sharing, requesting, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
This includes any sexual content involving anyone under 18, any content that sexualizes children, grooming, trafficking, or attempts to exploit minors.
We do not allow PictoGram to be used to find, contact, or exploit children.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use PictoGram. If you are under 18, you may use PictoGram only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.
PictoGram is not directed to children under 13. Accounts we learn belong to children under 13 are removed.
3. How to report
In the PictoGram app: open a post → Report, or go to Settings → Report a problem.
By email: legal@pictogram.co.in (child safety) or admin@pictogram.co.in (support).
Include URLs, usernames, screenshots, and a short description so we can review quickly.
4. What we do after a report
When PictoGram obtains actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we take action. That includes removing the content, restricting or terminating the account, preserving records as required by law, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authority in India (including the National Cyber Crime Portal at cybercrime.gov.in).
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
5. Laws we follow
PictoGram complies with applicable child safety laws, including India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and other applicable criminal and online-safety laws. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.
6. Child safety point of contact
